Throughout the many years of my culinary endeavors I have wanted to write a cookbook. I have received many kind words from my guests along with frequent requests for my recipes—especially those that were handed down by my grandmother. Grandmother Francine was an excellent cook. Thank you, Grandma! Through you, Jesus taught me about His love and how to be a chef today.

Recently the Lord spoke to my heart, saying it is time for this dream to be fulfilled in a two-part book titled, ” Chef Jean Claude’s Recipes For Living—Chef Jean-Claude’s lifetime Testimony in the name of Jesus.” In Part Two, I share how 75 wonderful recipes are prepared. But the book will open with something far more spectacular than anything I have ever made. In Part One, I share the story of how my soul was redeemed. God has given me a cookbook that will satisfy the palate and the soul, leaving the reader twice-filled!

I have been working very hard, carefully testing each recipe in a beautiful log cabin in the mountains near Tennessee. God is giving me peace and quiet where I can feel His love as I work.
