Welcome

Chef Jean-Claude’s Recipe for Living

“Thou hast made us for

Thyself, O Lord, and our hearts are restless until

they find their rest in thee.”—Augustine

Webster’s dictionary defines “recipe” as a set of instructions for making something from various ingredients—a term in which Jean-Claude Mille, Executive Chef for the Cove at the Billy Graham Training Center, is thoroughly familiar.

Celebrated for his exquisite cuisine and sought after for his cooking expertise, Jean-Claude was at the top of the culinary world. His descent from hobnobbing with the rich and famous into a life of homelessness and drug and alcohol addiction left him empty, hurting, and hopeless. Slowly, his life became filled with the more decadent ingredients, creating a future destined for loneliness and despair. But this is a story about redemption, about a life that was salvaged. Jean- Claude Mille invites you to settle in or a while as he shares his brand new recipe for living, with ingredients purchased by God.
